What a brilliant experience from rated people after I hit unlucky with a "Mr Bodge-it" first time round. Gary rectified and fixed all the issues that the other firm left me with. Very pleased with the service. Gary came out within the hour as promised (I did have water coming through the ceiling). It took him most of the day to sort out but he stayed pleasant and cheerful the whole time. Plumbing problem solved and repaired. Stephen Saywell11/06/2013Hi I have a Worcester 24cdi boiler that is need of it circulation pump changing. Access to the boiler is good as it is situated in an airing cupboard. I have the Grundfos pump just need it fitting as my previous plumber has let me down despite getting me to collect the part. Neither the heating nor the hot water will work as the boiler does not ignite for very long when the tap is run....the old pump makes prolonged whining noise until the boiler switches off..Rated by customer on 11/06/2013
